Theres a boys and girls club in every violent democrat controlled urban neighborhood.   It doesn’t do shit other than act as a temporary babysitter for a bunch of loose women and absentee fathers.  They all already get free healthcare with free clinic, Medicaid etc.  There are schools, even good Magnet schools in urban area.  None of that has ever mattered.

You mentioned Medicaid. The reimbursement rate is generally even worse than Medicare and claims are an administrative nightmare. That makes it difficult to find a provider that accepts Medicaid. Patients, who often already have transportation challenges, frequently have to travel to a considerable distance to receive healthcare.
