Frazier played 48 minutes and Damonte 45 minutes.  It’s not very deep

Aren't you supposed to be dribbling?

Aren't you the moron who said Curbelo was transferring? Guess not.
I get you and Truth mixed up. It's like Thing 1 and Thing 2.

I expect this is the last season Curbelo is playing here yes given no sit out rule for sure transfer.

This team will not make the tourney next year so I don’t expect Curbelo to stay here. It’ll be terrible next year.  Losing nearly all the minutes off this years team

You guaranteed everyone he was gone after this Xmas.

Your great prediction now is he transfers after the season?
1500 guys transferred out last year. 1 out of 4 players. Wow.
Really making a bold prediction, there, big guy.

Which one are you again? Thing 1 or Thing 2??

Who took a tougher loss today, Illinois or our buddy Dominic?

Everytime Illinois loses I feel pretty good, So no, pretty good day for me actually.

Sparky is one of these homer Illini fans that have set standards and expectations so low that his ilk has in fact helped keep the program down based on their own very low bars of acceptable performance.  Pretty sure Spark was supporting Groce in year 5.

Spark is the Brad Sturdy of messageboard posters.

So Spark, keep your expectations low and you’ll never be disappointed.  Others of us have higher aspirations, and beating good teams at home is one of them, something Illinois has yet to do this year

Wait, what?!

You’re like a talking contradiction.

One sentence it’s this, the next it’s that. Same with your Curbelo “predictions.”
Because FOX News told me so…

I listened to the post game pressers from the coaches last night. Matt Painter absolutely gushed about Trent Frazier’s incredible understanding of the game. He also did a great job explaining what makes Illinois such a tough team. Definitely worth checking out as well as Brad’s post game interview.

If you want a chuckle go back and watch Juwan’s post game presser from Friday night. Compared to BU and Painter he offers almost nothing in the way of meaningful insight or observation.

Who schedules a game for Monday at 11am?  Terrible scheduling.

"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

There were plenty of other times available on MLK Day to have a basketball game. It’s not like Christmas or New Years or Thanksgiving where almost everything stops.

Did you get a chance to chat up Miles?  I watched his presser.  Noted that he said several teams were interested in him, but he's fighting an ankle injury which is why he's not playing.  Anything else to add?

Gavin had a big long interview with him when his presser was finished. So look for something from Gavin.

Paul M. Banks also took an interest, so look for something from Paul M. Banks.

I just said hello, shared some pleasantries with Elle, and reminded Miles to hold his phone in landscape while making videos.

Fucking amateurs.

I'm with Custard on this one. I had a necessary meeting at 12:30 and it felt like the opening day of the tourney trying to figure out what was happening in 2 places in once.

Hasn't the day usually belonged to the NBA since MLK was a big pro hoops guy? Also, there was a professional tackle football playoff game at night. I am betting the honchos at Fox were more concerned about those conflicts than the schedules of people who work on MLK Day.  nb!!

It wasn’t inconvenient at all for me, Fuckface. I was off work and the kids were outside playing with friends.

I just felt bad that lots of people had to miss it due to work and a lot of others missed it because it didn’t even occur to them it would be in the morning. For fuck’s sake I have my own Illini message board and was planning a get together for the game days in advance and didn’t even realize it was an 11 am tip until the night before the game.

And even though the crowd seemed pretty good yesterday it is still tough to get same environment for a morning game as something later in the day.

I’m sure it wasn’t anyone’s first choice of time slot.

Hmmm. When I was posting game times, tv channel, and locations for the football games, WasteofJizzJerkoff told all of us that was a waste of bandwith since all that info was on The Google. Looks like we should be doing that for the basketball games?
