I think we had 2 penalties before the last 2 series. Penalty on 1st down last series and penalty on a play that picked up the 1st down this past series.
Hopefully 2 penalties don't put an end to a chance to go to a bowl.

Why did we completely abandon the barge for this game ?

Extremely disappointing, but that’s what to expect from Illinois football. Bielema has a huge task in front of him. Hopefully he can do what only a couple have ever done here.
