For sake of discussion, then is Phil Jackson one of the greatest NBA coaches of all time?  Or, did he just happen to be able to coach some of the greatest talents the NBA had to offer?

yes and because of that yes

The Patriots are probably better if they still have Brady. But Brady is damn smart. He knew it was time to bail. And picked the perfect landing spot.

You’re about the only one who doubts Belichick’s greatness. But just a couple years ago he was the only one who qualified as an “expert” on football in your opinion. You’re kind of all over the map here.

Face it, you’re losing or have lost on every front in these NFL discussions.

I don’t doubt Belichick’s greatness and if you think I do you’re even further behind in these discussions than I thought.

Belichick is part of this discussion specifically because I don’t doubt his greatness, despite it being tied closely to the best player ever.

But it seems we agree that it's pretty fuckin' stupid to say, "sure Belichick has a great record, but he had Tom Brady the whole time!"  Pretty fuckin' stupid indeed.

Well, it shouldn't have.  But everything has to be a fucking argument with you.  I offered my opinion about Brady and the Pats and all that shit.  I was contributing to the fucking conversation.  I wasn't trying to fucking argue with you, or anyone else.

Fuck it, man.  I hate talking football with you.  It's always antagonistic, even when I agree.  Jesus Fucking Christ.

Talk to yourself.  Or talk to PA man while your cock is in his mouth.  Fuck

He is very, very interested in receiving credit for his genius.  Among the most interested I’ve ever encountered.

"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

Not a genius, definitely not. Some simple acknowledgement that I seem to have gotten this right would suffice.

All I know is that lately when talking about Belichick’s greatness you keep bringing up Brady, and what he’s done or not done without him. So what impression am I supposed to get? Why try to obfuscate? Be a little clearer. I think you’re a guy with integrity, live up to it.

I don't know how much clearer I could be.

I bring up Brady, and Belichick's mediocre record without him - as well as the Phil Jackson example - to show just how fucking stupid it is to say "Sure x won, but he had x great player/unit".  It's dumb as fuck to try to separate a coach's record from his roster, and we don't even try to do that in most cases.  If you go 3-13 a couple seasons in a row in the NFL you're almost certainly getting fired, even if you had a 0-16 roster.  You could be the best game coach on Earth, get more out of your players than anyone, but coaches are judged by how much they win.

If Nagy doesn't win, he'll be fired and should be.  If he does, he won't be fired and shouldn't be - even if he wins because he had a great defense.  Having a good roster is not a knock against a coach and it's beyond dumb to act like it is when you're trying to make a coach look bad.

Yeah, Nagy inherited a great defense - undoubtedly.  He also inherited an offense that had finished 29th in points and 30th in yardage the year before and hadn't finished inside the top-14 in either category in four straight seasons.  I never hear you talk about that.

Can you please take his cock out of your mouth long enough to ask him wtf he's talking about? That would certainly help this conversation get back on track.  Because right now, we're kinda stuck.

Thanks,

Jobu

Nah. You guys going around in circles is entertaining enough.

The idiocy in your comparison is you’re comparing Nagy’s 1 good year to 20 years worth’ of Belichick’s good years. This shouldn’t be tough to grasp.

Who was a better hitter? Hank Aaron, or Brady Anderson?

Maybe you don’t have the integrity I’ve given you credit for…

Your lack of clarity and inability to understand what I'm saying isn't related to my integrity or lack thereof.

You're not this bad at this, right?

Like, you're making fun of yourself here?
