A Trump appointed Judge has moved the tax case to Sept, in part to allow the defense to line up 30-40 expert witnesses.

Are the they going to testify that no one gets prosecuted in these cases? If they are, that may not be allowed.

What was the reason behind the CIA's logic? Was Hunter working for them in Ukraine all along?

Tax years 2014 and 2015, the Burisma years, were allowed to expire. Imagine that.
Yet, from what I have read, the tax liability was large enough that everyone with that liability would be prosecuted.

Once more with feelings. Rich people do not get prosecuted unless they piss off some other rich person. Why are you even remotely shocked by this? I guess you're not, you're just parroting the outrage machine per usual

There may be two political parties but the real split is "Rich vs Poor" and that's non-partisan.

Pretty sure there is, inexplicably, a zombie La Bamba off Mattis with a zombie Garcia’s in the building right next to it. It’s been a few years since I’ve been to either of them but last I went they still replicated the experience pretty well. No clue how the really busy locations on campus closed years ago and these ones on the edge of town that are never busy remain open. My UIUC girlfriend worked at the Garcia’s on Green for a couple of years, the owners were such creeps. Got a lot of free pizza out of the deal though.

I have probably said it many times across the iterations of HQ, but a lot of people say La Bamba was only good if you were drunk. Not true. It’s really good sober, even in my early 40s. There is still one in Louisville and I have DoorDashed it every time I’ve stayed there for work the last couple of years.

My old college hack was to get a combination of asada and pastor, they would give you twice the meat without up-charging for double meat, and I still do it because it’s 🔥🔥🔥. And yes their salsa roja (chile de arbol as God intended) is amazing.

There are two two Political Parties consisting of competing elites.

 Oversimplified:

One represents the financial interests of conservative corporations and the corrupt socio-political objectives of fascist white nationalists.

The other represents the diverse interests and objectives of big unions, big liberal academia, social progressives, Hollywood activists, the pronoun & PC police etc.

There is no party that actually represents the poor.

There's evasion, false filings and failure to file but his lawyer doesn't want any salacious material, like whether or not Hunter wore silk pajamas or wore a condom, presented because it may prejudice the jury.
So I assume it's a jury trial.

The experts for the defense would probably testify to what the judge allows. That may be more than Merchan allowed with respect to the former FEC commissioner who was so limited it wasn't worth appearing.

Lowell: “There’s too much to do,”.
Maybe he should have better allocated his time.

The comment was directed at ThePAMan's comments about Cannon needing to do her job to get the trial moving in Fla.
