3 of the 4 11 seeds (MSU, SYR, UCLA) were major conference teams that were among the last at large teams to be selected because they didn’t have very good seasons. MSU won some huge games late to get on the right side of the bubble. UCLA lost four in a row at the end of the season, which put them on the bubble. Something like ~2% of people had them making it this far and those were probably computer or child generated brackets.
They were a preseason top 25 team, have a top notch coach, and have “ UCLA” on their jerseys. I don’t think anyone has been taking them lightly.

"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.
