UW moving his kid into a central role on staff was a mistake.
Tyler needed to pay his dues and had no real credibility as a player either to bring to the table.
When he started sitting on the bench next to UW a couple years ago it was a a very bad look IMO. 

Tyler is most well known for having a buddy back in middle of 2019/20 season who showed UW the analytics on his shitty foul machine pressure D system that only works at lower levels or with extreme elite long athletic tough defenders.

LOL. I think he didn't have the impact we hoped for, but honestly we are not recruiting really tough kids across the board.
I still say our toughest UW team that bought in was the Feliz group in 19/20.
We have had a few tough individual kids but we are a pretty soft program overall.
