I thought I heard an appellate court recently ruled that the law precluding drug addicts, whatever, from having guns was unconstitutional. Could throw a wrench in the gun charge

After 5 years of investigations and the 2014 and 2015 charging decisions turned down in California and DC and the statute of limitations on those expiring and statements from Garland and Weiss that Weiss did have charging abilities , the judge in Delaware, who happened to read the diversion agreement that was put together by the guy who was just given a promotion, is eliminated due to lack of venue in Delaware.

I've read that apparently rhe Delaware judge no longer has jurisdiction because the Biden kid withdrew his waiver of where the charges can be brought. That led to the special counsel designation so that Weiss can prosecute Biden in Cali or DC, etc.

Obviously what changed was Biden"s willingness to have all the charges litigated in DE, where Weiss was the US Attorney, as appointed by Trump. Weiss cannot litigate outside of DE.

Apparently Hunter wasn't charged with lying on the application but was charged with the possession issue.
It looks like the 5th Circuit decision dealt with possession and not lying on an application, so Hunter probably benefits from the court decision.
If Weiss can add a charge of lying on the application, I'm not sure the 5th Circuit decision would necessarily come into play.
