Not sure that saying it happens elsewhere works when it comes to, you know,  schools.

Not sure saying it should not happen in schools justifies inciting mob violence.

If a board covered up a rape; then compassionately expose the bad act and take appropriate corrective action through proper channels. 

I don't support mob violence by the left (mostly caused by anarchists I am told) either.

Arguably mob action may be justified when the school admin is covering up rape to not endanger favored policies and calling the cops on those demanding accountability. That may work in China though with female tennis players.

Note I didn't say "mob violence"...
