Fucking hilarious. Ever hear of FDR? JFC. Might want to sit some of these out.

More false equivalency. The guy who saw us through the Great Depression and WWII, whose diplomacy was wanted to get us through the end of the war, was sick, not demented. He was still feisty enough to convince the party and voters, and travel the world to negotiate fiercely with Stalin. And he dumped Henry Wallace and picked a strong VP in Truman to take over should he pass.

Sleepy Joe on the other hand was so bad the party forced him out and now at the brink of August we are left with a DEI VP that appeals only to the most loyal Democrats.

I will give you the fact that Joe is about as good at climbing stairs as FDR was.

Just more nonesense that reflects your constant BDS bedwetting.  See: Ronald Reagan, Winston Churchill, FDR and Woodrow Wilson.

lol BDS isn’t even a thing. Literally no one is deranged about a senile old man who can’t even read from a teleprompter.

Some of us just have higher standards for the American presidency than you apologists do.

The only thing people are mad about is that the guy hasn’t been with it for quite some time yet the media mounted the whole “sharp as a tack” campaign a couple months ago, then acted surprised when he catastrophically shit the bed on national television to the point the party had to force him out. You should be upset too, if you’d take the time to pull your head out of your ass. They duped you and you don’t even realize it.

Looks like Custard's new word of the month is “DEI."   Replaced “woke”.

The tide is quickly turning against the woke, DEI, charity hire pronoun police. Enjoy it while you still can.

There are those who would say Yalta was proof that Roosevelt had lost it by that point. And he was dead 2 months later. And the public had zero clue about his health in the 44 election.

It was "party leaders" who convinced him to dump Wallace. FDR did not even want Truman as his running mate.

Details of his health weren’t widely disclosed in media (there were definitely concerns) but he was able to at least communicate well enough to get people to vote for him. Regardless of who made the VP pick, it was a solid strategic one.

Much like Biden getting out of the way was the strategic one. We will find out whether getting out of the way for Harris was a solid strategic one.

You graduated from UIUC? "Just fine" is a pretty low bar for an Illini. Turn in your orange and blue badge.

Trump, then the incumbent, was not in the midst of a clear and dramatic cognitive decline in February 2019.

There was significant opposition from Romney, Kasich, Weld, French,  McMullin ...

"Some of us just have higher standards for the American presidency"

You have to be kidding.
Biden has a cognitive disorder. Trump has a personality disorder.
Clearly, you understand neither.

Please point out where I endorsed Trump.

Short of someone actually fatally him with a bullet this time, he was always going to be the guy. The Democrats couldn’t go forward with Biden, so there’s a choice. Should have been made months ago, unfortunately.

Yeah and you’ve stumping for the guy with a disorder. Demand better. Not just “well he’s better than Trump”
