Mahomes suffers drops.

Yes, true.  Why do you keep talking about it though?

If Tonyan catches a perfectly thrown deep ball no one gives a fuck. We’re celebrating a win.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

Derp.

Good talk as always bud.

Enjoy that Weber-esque bag of excuses, I suppose. It’s almost the same as having a good quarterback.

To expose your obvious bias.

And if the Browns catch the easy pick sixes we’re here and you’re making excuses for Fields and we’re bummed at a loss, just like now.

Neither thing happened though so we’re stuck talking about the stuff that actually did.

Uh.  Okay.

Next time Mahomes has a game like this and I defend it by saying BUT HE HAD RECEIVERS DROP PASSES feel free to dunk on how stupid that is, I guess.  That isn’t a thing I’m going to do though probably.  Every QB in the league has dudes drop passes (and DBs drop picks).

Mahomes throws balls that nearly get picked. Are they fucking saying “yeah, but what about the near picks?” When they win. No. I hear he also suffers drops.

Dude, Fields put up better numbers against Denver in one game than Mahomes did in two (Mahomes sucked against Denver). But for some reason Fields’ game was against a weak opponent and Mahomes’ 2 mediocre games against them don’t really seem to count.

Fields wasn’t “awesome,” today, but no one on the offense was. I struggle to think of anyone else that was even halfway decent. A hobbled DJ who wasn’t on the field in critical situations I guess.

I haven’t seen anyone justify a poor game of his by saying “yeah but if his WRs hadn’t dropped a couple passes”.  If I had I’d have said the same thing.  Every QB has dudes drop passes.  Mahomes had dudes drop passes in his MVP years too.

I’m fine with you counting the drops, but if you’re going to count the offensive drops you obviously have to count the defensive drops too.  He missed out on a TD and two pick sixes today with drops, but you insist that only the TD drop should count.  Be consistent.

Fields wasn’t perfect, Hall of Fame level, or “awesome” today.  I mean, at least we agree on those things hahaha.  To call that “lukewarm criticism” is to stretch the meaning of the word “criticism” beyond recognition.

Still waiting on the list of reasons we lost the game. In order of importance.

PAMan response. “I don’t care that Joe Burrow was worse. That’s not relevant.”

Joe Burrow does not play for the Bear.

Let us know when Fields gets to Super Bowls. Plural.
