Trent, I don't know what was up with you down the stretch but thank you for being a key cog in extinguishing the dumpster fire we were in the first two years.

Damonte, you're a good kid and I know you mean well but your father you are not. You were way too much of an offensive liability no matter how good your defense was.

Kofi, if this is it for you..thank you for showing Illini nation what a legit big man looks like.

Not me. He absolutely sucked. Rode Damonte straight to a loss.

Plummer played too much too. 2-10 from the field and let Shead shred us.

Guenther 2 is gonna milk that conference co-title HARD.

As we have seen here, there are plenty who are ready, willing, and able to chug that milk.

Look at this atrocious line from Damonte. And STILL Underwood had him out there all fucking game. Yet benches Curbelo who actually MIGHT give us a chance at least. Just plain dumb and unbelievable. And that’s no defense of Curbelo. But he’s gone for sure. Needs a fresh start somewhere.

Lot of injuries etc this year, but not once could I guess who might be 1st off the bench. And whoever it was, might not see the floor the next game.
Every day is a cognitive test.

Yeah idk what Underwood was doing with rotations this year, but that was probably the worst thing all season. Melendez and Curbelo will be gone. Take that shit to the bank.
I didn’t know that. Thanks!

That game is 100% on Underwood. Absolutely no logical reason for these lineups and it feels like an egregious and blatant disregard for what is good for the team. I have a feeling there’s gonna be a lot of turnover this off-season.

Curbelo gone.
Melendez gone.
Kofi won’t be back.
And of course Trent, Damonte, Grandison, and Plummer gone.
Hope Melendez stays but I won't be surprised if he leaves. Curbelo, can't play under control and the mustard comes off the hot dog too often. If he leaves, he leaves. Get to where I don't care about him.  Kofi? He needs to learn how to pass out of double and triple teaming. Will miss Trent. Williams, won't miss him and the coaching staff giving him so many minutes just because his last name is Williams.
Coaching MUST get better from BU on down. Sub rotations stink. Offense stinks.

Why would Melendez leave? He was becoming a rotation guy until he had the appendicitis surgery. He will be a starter next year.
Underwood loves him.

We're not a good team. Houston kicked our ass and highlighted everything that's wrong with this team and coach. See ya

Appreciate the seniors who brought us back to national relevance. It’s been mostly a fun ride. Wish they could have gone out on a better note. KenPom doesn’t lie. Houston’s defense was outstanding. Hate to say it but Sampson is an outstanding coach.

Yeah I think RJ stays. Curbelo may move on though.
