Yeah, yeah. I get it, Justin Fields has been bad. But who exactly has been “good” for the Bears? From the top down? Almost none of Poles’ additions have played well yet, some have been abysmal and outright absent. Looking at you, Chase Claypool, Lucas Patrick and Nate Davis. Why couldn’t Nate Davis play yesterday?
None of his FAs have stood out yet. This defense cannot rush the passer at all. They are on pace for 5.5 sacks on the season as a unit…only 3 games, but that is staggering. Where are the rookie D linemen? Have we heard their names called outside of being introduced to the audience? What happened fo Dominque Robinson, should we file a missing persons report?
In 3 games, how many impact plays has the defense made? Forget sacks, have they had more than a couple of pressures?
I thought Poles had an eye for offensive linemen. So far his additions have sucked. I was on board with the concept of the rebuild, but almost no one he’s brought in has made a dent in 3 games. Remember all the good buzz about Tyler Scott?
So I ask. Who with the Bears (anyone) has performed well so far this season?
