That was my immediate thought. The adage is to play to win on the road and play for the tie at home.
But after our 9 OT game the rules were changed to require going for 2 after the 1st OT, so I talked myself into just tie it up and take your chances going for the required 2 in the next OT.
Ga Tech had lost old mo and ended up squandering a 400 yard 5 td, every Ga Tech td, performance by the qb.
I think the HC called for an Uber driver to get back to Atlanta instead of getting on the bus.

Meh. They still make the playoff and don’t have to prep up for Oregon

They lose their chance at a bye but probably get a home game in which they are easily favored.

South Carolina beats Clemson. If that knocks out Clemson from the playoffs, does the SEC get another team? If so is it Alabama or South Carolina that just beat Clemson?

How do you put in 2 loss OSU over 1 loss Indiana? Feels like Indiana is in. How do you rank OSU/PSU/Indiana if PSU loses to Oregon and also has 2 losses?

The playoff committee is really gonna have to rely on “look, if you were the first team out you would have had no shot a couple years ago” - because this is gonna be gross

These 18 team conferences are a joke. Indiana probably gets smoked by PSU and Oregon but instead gets all sub 500 teams. SMU goes undefeated not playing the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th best teams in conference and squeaks by the 5th and 6th

The big 12 will have a 4 team tie for first and tiebreakers will come down to who wins between a couple of also rans to determine strength of schedule
