I wouldn’t go that far. They essentially gave up a 1st round pick for him, so he should get some rope if you want to salvage him. But I’d have zero problem sitting him the first couple series or pulling him at the first sign of loafing.

Hate to say the 2nd game of the season is a must-win, but with KC on the road looming week 3, this is looking like a must have. Hard to envision this team having a big bounce back from 0-3.
