If there are videos where there are no routes being run downfield, let's see them. Obviously we know there were a bunch of designed Schoop/Crowton BS screens. But they tried to pass, what, 44 times yesterday? He ran 7 times? He threw the ball 3x 10 yards + over the LOS?

With all the bitching from Bear Twitter Experts there has to be tons of video posted showing that there were no routes run downfield on 25 to 30 (? or more) of the pass plays that support your narrative. Let's see them.

Rather than type it all out and maybe recap it poorly, I will just post the link. Stick with it. The discussion gets pretty good about the 2:40 mark. I feel like they spent a couple pretty good hours talking about it, and they are pretty objective IMO.

From the beginning to about 3:30 is pretty strong. About an hour. A lot talked about. And I think pretty objective stuff. I think Parkins even says he’d take Caleb Williams if the chance is there.

So listened to Parkins show.  They completely destroyed Tempo's false narrative that Getsy does not want the ball being thrown downfield.  They absolutely obliterated that argument. (I guess I do watch football, Tempo....) Tempo 0 ThePAThey 1 (scoring not indicative of the blowout nature of the victory.)

Spiegel gets it. He must read this board!

Parkins wants more running and threat of running so maybe Fields can actually pass the ball. Given that Fields is now Checkdown Charlie, and shows zero promise of being coachable (despite all that alleged hard work over the spring and summer), yeah, may as well let him run amuck and just throw long when he feels like it. If he gets hurt, he gets hurts, and move on. He's not going to be a pocket passer, so why bother. He will be one and done as a starter when this contract ends.
