I think it depends on where you live but google used EVs for sale.  I think you’ll find a surprising number of pre-owned models available in larger metropolitan areas, including 2020 and 2021 Teslas.   

While it can be intimidating, there’s plenty of good information available to help people buy the right EV.  This includes estimating the remaining life of the battery.
