why?  I live closer than he does on a regular basis

but honestly I like the smaller lakes and other areas around here in the summer Tahoe is almost always packed full of bay area / sacto jerkoffs who litter and are rude as hell

for Tahoe beach going, I hung out at round hill pines beach and zephyr cove a few times last summer, round hill is amazing, love that spot, zephyr... meh

definitely enjoying the copious amounts of snow we have had recently, snowboarding has been great so far

my house is up 40% from when I bought it 2.5 years ago, my equity has tripled, so there's that

would have done much better living in a van and buying NVDA stock instead though that's for sure
