You wouldn't last 10 minutes in a voting line in Fulton County before you'd be on the ground like Fred Sanford

Why did CO get the game?
First off, professional sports moguls don't give a rat's ass about politics unless it hurts or helps the bottom line. The move from ATL was strictly a business decision.
Coors was slated to get the game (pre-covid) in 2022. So, it's our turn, prep had already begun, and there are ZERO access to voting issues in our state in which every voter gets mailed a ballot.
The Monfort family, which owns the Rox, are not deep pockets compared to most other owners. Being a small TV market, they get a large % of income from in person attendance which didn't happen last year. That was a big hit for them evidenced by selling their, arguably best player in franchise history, in his prime, to the Cards in a purely money move. The fans aren't happy having owners that view it as a business not a plaything. Again, another business decision to send the game here.
So America's pass time, making a statement in the midst of a pandemic, that calls out this obvious attempt at voter suppression, is not not good for business? GMAFB!
