He’s pointing out new evidence that dietary modification and eating whole foods can be life-changing for people with mental illness. For most people exercise alone is more effective than antidepressant medication for depression. How often do you hear that? You don’t because big Pharma (your buddies) don’t profit from someone going for a run.

It’s not like we just found out yesterday that our diet is killing us in more ways than one. We need all the data and info we can into the hands of the public to do everything they can to eat better and stop this crisis.

Then he goes on to encourage people to eat healthy real foods. Talk about making a mountain out of a fucking molehill. Is there anything you won’t find to bitch about?

From what I can see, studies INDICATE schizophrenia can be AIDED and IMPROVED by diet. I don't see anything about it "being a CURE."

He makes a slip of one word in what was otherwise a very good, well-intentioned message and that’s what you’re going to hone in on. And I’m in a cult. LOL

Wait til you find out what they’re learning just 1 mg of Lithium Orotate supplementation can do for people with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Or what DHA supplementation can do. Our diets have been trash for decades now and are at the core of our health crisis. Many things that our bodies evolved to use are no longer present in our diet in any meaningful amounts. Pharmaceuticals aren’t the way out of this. Fixing what we put into our bodies is.
