It’s gotten ridiculous
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

I did my own research and discovered that no one is making us watch it.
Mark Carman: "The Whitlock!...Caleb Williams failed Wayne Whitlock." Been told I need to take my dick out my mouth so maybe I "wont [sic] sound like such a fucking faggot all the time[.]"

Tempo: "PAMan is a pot stirrer and agent provocateur"

Honestly as much as COVID did to put my interest in sports into the coffin, this realignment has driven the nails.

This is so brutal. Bad for the football players, worse for the basketball players, much worse for the non-revenue sports.

I know well that college students have a different life than I had, and that's "OK" - but one of my favorite memories from college was road tripping to away football games - I went to Iowa City, Evanston, Lafayette, Bloomington, Columbus, Madison, Ann Arbor - plus a non-conference game in Columbia Missouri. I did get to State College after UIUC days, that's a bit of a haul from Champaign but I probably would have done it.

Today's kids might see a schedule where only one or two feasible road trips exist per season.

Personally it's extra brutal because the two Power 5 teams within spitting distance of me are among the orphaned 4. I'm going from being able to catch the Buffs play here annually, to a series of San Diego States rolling into town.

Well said. It’s awful.

The conferences chasing the mighty tv dollar should do wonders for NIL.

Buffs had no choice really or be left without a chair.  Road trips take  huge hit.  Stillwater, Lubbock, Ames, Waco make Pullman look like a vacation spot.  The only upside is that there will be fewer 8PM kickoffs.
