Fitzgerald fired.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

The kid had asthma. I’m guessing most coaches have conducted illegal practices.

If that happened at Illinois the NU buttbuddies in the Chicago and National media would have called for the Death Penalty. Look how they went after Beckman for telling kids to play with pain (which was fine) but let NU off the hook for killing Rashidi Wheeler (which was not).
Mark Carman: "The Whitlock!...Caleb Williams failed Wayne Whitlock." Been told I need to take my dick out my mouth so maybe I "wont [sic] sound like such a fucking faggot all the time[.]"

Bingo. Or going after Beckman for chewing during a game.
Because FOX News told me so…

“Play with pain.” You think that was it? I’d be shocked if there is a big time coach out there that hasn’t conducted “illegal” workouts and/or practices.

Wasn’t it tobacco?

There was more in that report than that, but a lot of it was "play with pain" type stuff. There was nothing about illegal practices/workouts that I recall. Though, the Wheeler incident was more along the lines of an illegal workout.

I thought Bob from Illini Board probably had Beckman pegged when he said it seemed that the shit Beckman did at Illinois all came from a notebook Beckman kept over the years where he would write down all the shit he saw the head coaches he worked for and programs he worked at do.

Sounds pretty bad to me.

So not up to speed on Northwestern baseball scandal, but apparently big problems there too. WTF is going on at NU?

On the bright side for Pat Fitzgerald, he’s still relatively youthful and rich. I could think of worse things to be than youthful, rich, and unemployed lol.

Aside from the helmet issue sure seemed like a lot of "play with pain" stupidity.

Who's eligible to transfer from NU now ?
Does Bielema poach from an in-state, same conference team ?

I think they’re all eligible to transfer I’d assume, right? That was a terrible idea for Beckman with Penn State, but I think Bielema has more class and smarts about him, so I’ll trust him.

I’d take AJ Henning (WR who transferred there from Michigan) in a heartbeat!
Because FOX News told me so…
