Have I ever once said that Justin Fields can’t (and doesn’t need to) get better? No. Is he so bad that OMG we HAVE TO move on ASAP? Also no. And to the point where I’m splooging myself over Tyson Bagent? A huge NO. Lol

Fields has not progressed as rapidly as we’d like. He also has been in probably the worst situation in the NFL. What Stroud is doing is pretty otherworldly. What Fields has done is shown considerable flashes with moderate growth and a great work ethic. Yes, I’d prefer he was Peyton Manning and Michael Vick wrapped into one as well. Unfortunately he’s progressing at a modest pace. Considering all he’s had to overcome, I find that pretty reasonable.

And AGAIN, it was year 3 for Allen, Hurts, and Tua before people thought they were good as well. And they were in better situations.
