I don't mean what JJ or PAMan would mean if they said that probably - all of those guys look like good backups with a little juice.  Not guys you're going to consider paying huge money to probably ever, but a guy where, if you're a team with a solid defense/running game and your QB gets hurt, you can rely on those dudes to rally the locker room behind them and play their ass off every snap.  It's probably never going to be pretty, but they can win games in the right situations.

You can see it in the way those guys carry themselves and how the other players in the locker room respond to them.

I assume you saw that video of Brisker talking about how every player in the locker room would kill for Eberflus.

Gotta think if that's at all accurate, he will be back next year barring a complete lose-out meltdown.

It's kind of weird because everything you see from him on media day he seems so bland and forgettable - sometimes even comes off a little daft? - but it does seem like when he took over the defense (and especially when they got Sweat) they really responded to him.  Pretty much a 180 degree turnaround the last 5 games or so (Lions meltdown aside - they also got 4 turnovers that game).  Obviously not every coach has to be Mike McDaniel likeable to be a good coach.

Agreed. When everyone here was stroking Bagent’s balls I said “if he’s the next Gardner Minshew that will be a fantastic outcome.”

He did last year. I think he didn’t this year because they had some injuries/availability issues in preseason. I don’t know how you can quibble with what we’ve seen the last month. I know patience isn’t your bag, but this team is progressing rapidly now that they are mostly healthy.

Okay well then nevermind hahah.

The point I was going to make was that PAMan just openly trolls you, the whole point of him being on this board is to try to get a rise out of you.  If you just ignore him, he will stop.

I’d say 90+% of the posts I’ve seen from him recently are specifically aimed at trolling you.  He doesn’t have anything else to add here, that’s it.
