Freshly made and mixed in a clean bowl is key. A lot of times they’ll use the same bowl for hours (and the sauce sits in there). If they use fresh hot wings and a clean bowl the sauce sticks to the wings appropriately. Makes a big difference.

If you Google it's actually becoming the most expensive grocery store chain.

Even with AMAZON fresh fees now their stuff is less. I read a thread on Reddit. People had a lot of good feedback for increased grocery prices.

Some were

-Wild Forks
-Walmart +
And other places like Aldo etc depending what you are buying.

It was a thread on how groceries in Miami have become insane. It was interesting, and to hear what other people really are paying
