Tonight, for the fourth time since I started keeping count, I achieved my NES Nintendo VS. Baseball ultimate goal. I scored in every inning while throwing a shutout.

Nope. The only Nintendo baseball I've ever played is VS., no matter how it's branded. The first time was on a vacation in the summer of 1984. I visited my eldest sister and her husband in San Clemente. On the approach to whichever LA area airport, I flew over an Olympic swimming event.

 We hung out at the beach, boogie boarded and ate Hawaiian Shaved Ice.

One night we went to San Juan Capistrano to see Purple Rain. Another night, we went to San Juan Capistrano to an arcade. That's where I first played VS. Baseball.

I spent the next year in the basement at the Illini Union, shelling out all my hard earned quarters into that game.

Now I play online, for free

I figured it was an historic 3-2-8 double play because the White Sox, and others, know better. Or should know better. 😁
And I didn't see the need to start a new thread about basic base running that Little Leaguers are taught.
I'll try to watch my p's and q's tho.
