I don’t see it that way at all. He acted like they had 20 seconds left instead of 4. It was a lazy play where he wasn’t looking to take the shot or penetrate to find an open man.

If Massoud were a little more alert he could have launched a desperation 3, but Nowell didn’t put him in a good situation. Nowell ran it up like there was 15 seconds left.

Clicked the link Tempo provided and sorry but Massoud was not as open as Dom claims. There were two guys surrounding him when he caught it.

Nowell should have just heaved it himself. Problem is he was casually walking the ball up at the worst possible time.
