I think you are wrong on the last part. The articles seem to bear out the frustrations of getting people back into the office.

I don't think your average person is comfortable enough to "just quit" because they don't feel like commuting to work. That assumes they have easy access to another job just as good.. Not to mention healthcare, etc. These are good white collar jobs we're talking about here. Not shelf stocking at the Dollar General.
