Rutgers IMO is a must win game. We just came off a loss to Iowa and you can't afford to drop this game with the next two on the road being Penn State and Indiana.  Because I feel like those two are going to be difficult to win.   Tagging on a 4-game losing streak with Minnesota on deck would put our backs against the wall with a 16-10 record.  Then comes the toughest part of the season with the closing schedule.

IMO this is the biggest game of the season.  Absolutely a must win situation.

Illinois by 20.
I am a former 5-star general. Or maybe it was 4-star.
Nichi claims a guard with a 1.3 assist-to-TO ratio is a good passer.

We win if we shoot better than 30% from three and 65% from FT

Looks like we are opening as a 2-point favorite.

The game could be pivotal. It's time to start showing more hoops IQ and get a must needed home win, but this team looks to be hard headed.
We might need Dainja to have a good game against Omoruyi and don't let Mulcahy go off for 18 or so. Mag is out with an ACL tho.
Pikiell has been doing a good job at, believe it or not, Rutgers.

Illinois' half-court offense vs Rutgers' half-court defense will be hard to watch @ times.

Maybe the entire game, who knows.

Illini are -4.5 in today's paper.  3 to 5 always better than 2.  Agree that this game is season defining.  We showed up at IA and I think, if we bring same energy today, we'll get it done.

Best case scenario we end up 22-9

Worst case we end up 19-12

So it’s looking pretty iffy.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.
