Looks like Jasn88Cub should spend all the rest of the games sitting in the restroom.

Tempo probably does not know there is a game tonight since The Score dorks probably didn't discuss it.

It’s on the TV. I’m playing Risk with my kid. But thanks for the shoutout, Robb Jr.

We’ll hear the analysis though. Then somebody will ask if he watched and he’ll say no but claim he’s right and we’re wrong.

Edit- Then a week later ask us to prove where he was wrong…

Ummm, sure. If this were 3-5 years ago maybe.

And then get pissy when you tell him to look for the post where he said it himself.

You’ve become a poor meme generator.

Really solid performance overall so far. Should go 4-1 in the remaining home games and have a chance to pick up 2-3 on the road as we'll be even odds or better against everyone except Purdue. Should get to .500 in conference. Likely a 7-10 seed no one wants to play.

First, Illinois will not be favored in any road game the rest of the season.  There’s 6 losses.

NW already beaten Illinois once.  They could do it again.

Rutgers is better than Illinois. They beat Purdue on the road. They could certainly beat Illinois.

And Michigan has enough talent to steal one.

Then a loss in the BTT ( Purdue is going to win it).

And loss in the NIT.

That’s 16 losses.  Right on schedule

You said they weren't making the NIT.

Yep. Looks like 10-10 or better in conference.

Yep. Looks like 10-10 or better in conference.

To be fair, no one would have thought that was acceptable after beating Texas. This team is very up and down. Need to finish the season strong. Underwood teams typically do (until tourney time), so I’m still hopeful.

OSU with a garbage time run that John Groce would be proud of to move the final margin to single digits.

Good bounce back. Now do it again @ Wisky.

It's pretty underwhelming.  My only enjoyment is seeing Dom being wrong as usual.

Keep going in the paint and it should be.
But ..
We went 0-8 from 3 after this.
Blistered the nets from 3 again shooting 5-28 for 18%

Nobody called how shitty this team would be.  Except me.  6 months before the season started.  Before the schedule was even made.   And it’s playing out exactly how I planned.

Remaining games:

@Wisconsin (LOSS) 14-7
Nebraska (WIN) 15-7
@Iowa (LOSS) 15-8
Minnesota (WIN) 16-8
Rutgers (LOSS) 16-9
@Penn State (LOSS) 16-10
@Indiana (LOSS) 16-11
Northwestern (WIN) 17-11
@Ohio State (LOSS) 17-12
Michigan (LOSS) 17-13
@Purdue (LOSS) 17-14 (8-12)

Given that Illinois got to play the 3 worst teams in the conference 6 times, that’s rather shitty

Attack the paint. Make free throws. Play defense. Don't attempt 25 threes a game. That's the game plan from here on out.

Underwood won't allow that game plan.
The rebounding and defense were ok tonight.
