70% cancelations, people possibly stranded until after New Years. My best friend is out 8k because he had Miami booked for Dolphins/Packers and a cruise to the Bahamas for his family. Airport terminals filled with unclaimed luggage. What a shit show. Class action lawsuit should be ginormous.
