what the fuck is this even about? Sending a 19 year old intern to go do "something" inside a federal agency? Takes months to onboard people with masters degrees. Now, they don't teach GPU design at University, and these places are probably just plugging and playing a bunch of Microsoft tools, whereas most of the stuff we are dealing with is developed in house and takes a long time to learn, but this makes no sense.
