PAMan’s guy Trent Dilfer with some interesting thoughts on the Bears’ offense and Justin Fields.

"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

LOL. Was hoping it would only be Tempo continuing to try and convince himself that JFC is actually a quarterback.

Let us know when you admit he isn't a QB

Good points. The excuses are flowing, just like they do for The Wingback.

All true. I expect him to perform well. I doubt he will.

I expect to be as disappointed in JFC's performance as you are that the Bear did not get Bijon Robinson.

Again. Why would you “expect” it to happen when you’ve spent the last 9 months screaming from the mountain top he’s not an NFL QB or ever will be. Once I realized Mitch was terrible I had no expectations. You literally shouted down the notion he could improve this year probably 20-30x.

Grown ass man gets new job in field of choice. Grown ass man is expected to perform to expectations for said job description.
Grown ass man may or may not meet expectations.

It's really not this difficult to understand.

We’re talking about PAMan. Is it not pretty silly to “expect” someone to improve when you’ve spent the last 9 months shooting down the mere possibility he could?

If he puts in time with film and works on his technique, it's possible. It also may not happen.
Squats isn't the answer.

I need video/editorial proof that he’s watching film. Also, don’t let PAMan hear you say that about squats.

You'll get some idea starting in September. Unless you've made up your mind that he's going to have a great year.

Not that you would do that.

No, I haven’t. I’m hopeful. It’s entirely in the range of outcomes that I’ll be “disappointed” (oh, shit that word again!) with the results.

You’re a military man, so you should know it’s not silly. Boot camp, special forces selection training, etc… can show you that tearing down people and then expecting them to improve actually works.
Because FOX News told me so…
