At the end of the NW-Wisc game, a Badger missed a FT (likely intentionally, unlike Illinois) and then two NW players grabbed the ball at the same time.
For some reason, traveling was not called. Wisc not happy.
Earlier, NW had the ball, and the player moved forward while dribbling. The Wisc player moved into his lane of direction. Apparently the NW player committed the sin of having his arm out and was called for charging. I think even the refs knew it was a horrible call because Collins went ballistic and didn't get a T.
