Fun game but those last 90 or so seconds take forever and it loses some luster.  There's a need to limit those TOs at the end.  Not sure whether to reduce the amount or regulate the use.

For any review, that should count as a TO for both teams. They can plan all kinds of things while the review is going.

I blame Groce for the reviews. If Illinois had been thrashing Miami in that NCAA tournament game, there would have been no need to add these reviews.
