Is the left now arguing that it is necesary to keep illegal aliens charged with crimes in the country so that their victims may see justice rather than just deporting the illegal aliens under an administrative warrant ?

If indeed some of these undocumented immigrants engage in alleged criminal activity, charge them, try them and if quilty, incarcerate them for the length of the sentence, preferablly here.
