now - that's getting into what cause ignition.
LA has had .16 inches of rain so far this rain year (begins in September). The annual average is 4.5 inches. If they'd had 1.5 inches, or if it was raining now (in January, the wettest month of the year) - this fire goes nowhere. It's rained in Northern California, we are allowed currently to do prescribed burns and burn debris piles.
All the whoop de doo about "don't build in the desert" is like "don't build in a place where you get three category 5 hurricanes in a year". LA is semi-arid but it's not the desert. Hell, if it was a desert there would be nothing to burn.
I'm a bit amused that they are going after Newsom but didn't go after Polis, who in addition to being a libtard is also Homosexual, after the Marshall fire. I guess it's harder to sell the narrative that the government was asleep at the wheel when there is a fire in Colorado in the middle of winter.
