Hey Tempo, no game this week (10-20 to 10-22)!

And the Bye Week is not favored against Illinois for the 1st time in a long time.

You can go to a movie or something Sat afternoon. Don't go see "Bros." though. I heard it wasn't good from friends who may be considered a target audience (not that there is anything wrong with that). Dean Richards from WGN did not give it a rave review either.

I haven't been to a movie in a long time.  Although, I have been known to go into a movie theater, buy a bucket of popcorn, and walk out.  There's nothing like buttery movie theater popcorn.

Did you buy the big boxes of overpriced candy as well? Did you just eat the popcorn in the lobby so you can get the free refill?  They had "free" refills on popped corn and soda at the theater I went to pre-The COVID. I do not know if that was a general thing.

Bought tiks and RV pass for the MSU game today.

No candy. And haven’t stuck around for refills. Refills are generally free on large popcorn and large drink.

Not a bad idea. Wolf down a bucket, get refill, hit the road. Maybe next time.

Years ago I bought a movie theater-style popcorn machine and it is so much better than normal home popcorn.  I don't have the melted butter to coat everything but the popcorn coming fresh from the machine is so good.

I saw them at Lowe's for 200-400 dollars.  For a decent one.
