Went to the Hawks game tonight. They lose even when they win. Had 200 level seats though. Stuffed my face at Hawkeye's pregame. Successfully stayed off the Jack Daniels at least. There is always Thursday starting at 330pm....

In light of this discovery, I can only imagine the NHL will give the Blackhawks back the $2 million fine for not following league protocol on how the complaint was handled. Can only imagine the Hawks will be asking for the settlement money issued to Kyle Beach back. And I can only imagine everyone will get their jobs back since this was all just a frivolous accusation and a misunderstanding. Am I correct?

I'd say read the report, but you lack the attention span and are lazy. Plenty of head scratching actions by Beach are described in there, which is why he was pissed when the report was released. You may have some questions about him after reading it. Nonetheless, the guy who is now a registered sex offender did harass others and they did nothing to stop him until after the Cup run was over.

They definitely violated league policy. They violated their own internal policies. They violated the law. You could use that report to teach a class on what not to do when it comes to EEO complaints. Rockwell got rid of all the guys involved (and they still don't have jobs now). McDonough looks terrible. Q - left Florida after the report - does not come off well at all. Stan sat in the big meeting where others made bad decisions and now has no job. Cheveldayoff, who is now the Winnipeg GM and was Stan's assistant at the time, is the only one who sat in the big meeting and survived.
