On a site that has probably less than 10 people that post regularly, why would anyone want to make a bet that would make that number even fewer?

I mean, maybe you want me gone. I’m not here that much anyway. And I’ve tried to be civil with you. You may disagree, but I’ve definitely tried.

Oh well. Anyway, like I said before. I don’t agree with cutting any player for getting a misdemeanor. I don’t give a shit about their salary. That’s why I thought it was an insanely stupid idea. But again, you know that. You just choose to ignore what people actually say, and run them into the ground with other shit. I know how it works. And I honestly don’t have the time or desire to deal with it.

We can agree to disagree on this, and leave it alone. Or you can talk to yourself about it. Up to you.

He's paid more than Mitch Fields?

He's there because they guaranteed a ton of money on a team paying a ton of money to players on other teams. Ergo it would be stupid to cut him, it appears.

Why would anyone bet on him getting 2 5 catches/game when the QB is so bad that they won't let him throw unless they have to? It is questionable that Mooney or Kmet get 2 5 catches per game as it is. Fields sucks that much on top of the line sucking.

Your hard on for Fields is weird. He’s been given no help whatsoever in his year and a half here. Not saying his bad play isn’t also on him.

If the Bears are still throwing 14 times a game in a month the entire coaching staff should be fired.

No moreso than Trubisky. Tough to say that neither staff has attempted to coach him out of looking down receivers and into making his reads. He just to be no good at this level.

Again, very very few QBs look good in their first 20 starts in the NFL. When you’ve been given no help whatsoever, it’s probably even harder.

No help as in putting good players around him. I also think both staffs have done a poor job of tailoring game plans that emphasize what he does well.

I’m also not convinced he’s had good coaching. Nagy clearly was overmatched, and I’m not impressed by Getsy thus far, either.

Trubiksy probably has close to 40 more NFL starts than Fields. Trubisky is just shitty. He’d be a fine backup.
