Vance - Gas is high because Joe Biden took away refining capacity.
Vance - once the war is over prices will come down.

Question: How does the war being over fix this supposed refining problem?
Answer: Vance is a lying sack of shit

Quote
The image is partially accurate on facts but selective and incomplete in its framing. It correctly notes that both men are physicians of Muslim background who have faced different public treatment, but it oversimplifies the reasons and leaves out important context that undercuts a pure “double standard based on party” narrative.
Accurate elements

•  Education: Oz graduated from Harvard undergrad and earned an MD + MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. El-Sayed graduated from the University of Michigan, earned a doctorate (DPhil) in public health at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar, and completed his MD at Columbia. Those credentials check out.

•  Religion labels: Both have Muslim backgrounds. Oz has described himself as a “secular Muslim,” raised in a mixed household (father’s side more traditional, mother’s more secular), influenced by Sufism, and married to a Christian woman with whom he raised their children in her faith. El-Sayed is more publicly identified with Islam; he has referenced his faith in contexts such as his Rhodes application and public comments.

•  Public treatment differences exist: Oz’s 2022 Pennsylvania Senate run saw relatively limited attacks centered on his Muslim identity as a primary issue (though dual citizenship and other topics came up). El-Sayed’s 2026 Michigan Senate campaign has faced explicit anti-Muslim rhetoric, including high-profile comments labeling him a “terrorist,” “jihadist,” or linking him to extremism. Coverage and statements from opponents and some Republican figures have made his faith and family background a recurring campaign issue.

Incomplete or misleading elements:

•  Household and grandparents claims: The image’s religion section is directionally true but imprecise. Oz’s background is more mixed/secular than a straightforward “raised in a Muslim household / grandparents Muslim” framing implies. El-Sayed’s stepmother is a convert; the multi-faith / Protestant grandparents detail for him appears overstated or poorly sourced in the graphic relative to mainstream biographies.
•  Why the treatment differs: The image implies the disparity is mainly about uneven standards applied to Muslims. Other factors are relevant and substantial:
   •  Oz ran as a high-profile Republican celebrity with strong Trump backing, positioned himself as secular, and largely did not center his faith. Attacks on him focused more on residency, celebrity status, and policy.
   •  El-Sayed is a progressive Democrat whose campaign and positions (including on foreign policy/Gaza-related issues) have drawn sharp opposition. Critics have also raised questions about family associations and past comments; some of those claims have been contested or lack strong evidence of personal involvement, but the political context is different from Oz’s race.
   •  Timing and media environment matter. Oz’s race occurred in a different cycle; El-Sayed’s coincides with heightened post-Oct 7, 2023 tensions around Israel/Gaza, which have intensified identity-based rhetoric on multiple sides.
•  Career footnotes: The image’s bottom captions are roughly correct (Oz as physician/TV host/former GOP nominee/current CMS administrator; El-Sayed as physician/former Detroit-area health official/2026 Democratic Senate nominee). Oz’s CMS role is current as of 2025–2026.

Overall legitimacy:

The graphic is a selective comparison rather than a balanced or rigorous analysis. It accurately highlights real differences in how the two men’s Muslim backgrounds have been treated in political coverage and attacks. However, it presents those differences as primarily evidence of inconsistent standards while downplaying or omitting differences in their political alignment, self-presentation of faith, campaign contexts, policy positions, and the specific controversies attached to each race.

A more complete picture shows both genuine instances of anti-Muslim rhetoric (especially visible in the El-Sayed race) and meaningful distinctions between the candidates that help explain the different public treatment. Reducing it mainly to “both Muslim physicians, unequal treatment” is incomplete.

Which one said 'I was named Abdul because Paula Abdul had a chart topper out at the time' and also said he was named Abdul because Abdul means 'servant' ?

Vivek Ramiswamy puts out an ad with the biological mother of Amy Acton (Democratic opponent for governor) in it.

The mother says "Don't vote for my daughter Amy Acton"

Amy Acton was removed from her home by the state at age 11 after her stepfather sexually assaulted her.

Mn approves this message (hell, he's probably the stepfather)
