I watched the interview, lots of blathering and dodging questions but he did have a few interesting points in 2 hours.

Some funny moments too with Tucker

We already have the data on this. When Trump was in office, the people who opposed him tried to block crappy legislation that he would sign from getting to his desk, tried to mitigate his lousy executive orders, used PR as best as possible to try to mitigate his horrible messaging on COVID, and campaigned hard to beat him.

When Biden won, the people opposing Biden held a riot in the Capitol.

One of those two things is legal. And why are you afraid of congress being congress? I mean, sure, but really?

That part seems to be a strained take by Custard.

Trump is not eligible to be President. He participated in a rebellion.

Well, there may be a judicial determination on that coming up. Sounds like he is going to be on the ballot until that happens. Which is fine with me.

SCOTUS  shall rule the insurrection clause does not apply to the President.

At a minimum, I am thinking they will say there has to be a "finding," after evidence is taken, that the person engaged in insurrection. Be it in a criminal or Congressional proceeding.

I can recall past events with detailed clarity. I just can't say what year.

I once had a voluminous vocabulary. Now I find myself searching for a word.

One time I couldn't remember the word observation, so I explained that my cousin had to stay in hospital overnight so they could look at him.

Having a smart phone helps. I was feeling nostalgic while writing something, but couldn't recall the word. So I googled 'sentimental about the past' and voila!

Of course, by that time, I forgot why I wanted to remember the word.

There was a finding in a judicial hearing. A dissenting opinion notes that the President is not named, and is subject to impeachment, therefore...

A couple days ago, I was looking all over the house for something I had stored in a safe place.

Yesterday, I was going to call one of the kids to see if he had borrowed it, but I couldn't remember what it was.

Today, I found it.

I don't think anyone forgets the summer of 2020 protests. It's just that a pent up civil unrest response to police violence is not the same thing as an attempted insurrection in response to an election.

I'm both cases, in the short run, you respect the right to peacefully assemble and arrest people who violate the law.

The long range solutions are very different. For the former, you start to hold police officers accountable; which is kind of what happened.

For the latter, we need Republicans to respect the right to vote and the outcome of elections. I am not seeing that happening anytime soon.

"With blockbuster original reporting and exclusive access to thousands of secret documents, emails, text messages, and audio recordings, Find Me the Votes is investigative journalism at its finest. The authors also conducted exclusive interviews with key sources in the Trump conspiracy, as well as with the president's top targets, including Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger and the Fulton County DA's team-featuring hours of interviews with Fani Willis herself. This is riveting contemporary history, and a lasting account of the prosecution of a president who tested the rule of law as no president ever had before. Isikoff and Klaidman have written a story for the ages."

Get your orders in now and you may have access to evidence that you won't see presented in court. Brought to you by Michael Isikoff and Daniel Klaidman. Isikoff was also privileged to be one of the first to have access to the salacious details in the Steele dossier and brought that story to the American public.
You can have access to the story before it happens.
