From the Bill of Rights:

9. "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

10. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

This has always meant that the Bill of Rights is not exhaustive. There are unenumerated rights retained by the people. 

According the radical right, it means rights not enumerated should be returned to the States so the People's representatives can vote on them.

This is bad enough Their reinterpretation of Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 and
Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 is potentially worse.

An insane person that is on the hook for at least 7 deaths previously seen wearing a Trump flag and appeared at a rally for the insane ex president. Makes sense. And Crimo intended to go to Madison, WI on Monday to kill even more people.  Great world we live in.

I'm sorry to hear that.
I emailed a friend that I went to school with to ask her if her son and grandsons were OK. They live up there between Evanston and Mundelein, not sure what city. Wasn't among the deaths, so far, could be injured if they were there. Haven't heard from her yet.

I try to talk about ideas instead of people. I try to be tolerant of lifestyles I don't agree with. Still, I have to think one of the first things people think when seeing a picture of the sicko is he looks weird and creepy. Yet nobody wants to say that.

Almost everyday the right wing media whines about the allegedly illegal protests near homes of the Supreme Court Justices. I don't really approve of those protests, but what about the protests at the homes of officials "who resisted President Donald Trump’s pressure campaign to overturn their states’ election results"?

Pennsylvania House Speaker Bryan Cutler (R) said he got daily voice mails from Trump’s legal team. There were also protests outside his district office and his home, including one announced by Stephen K. Bannon. “My son Mike — my then-15-year-old son — was home by himself for the first one.”

Arizona House Speaker Russell “Rusty” Bowers (R) said his office received “in excess of 20,000 emails” and “tens of thousands of voice mails.” He said protests became “a pattern in our lives,” with people blaring loudspeakers and calling him corrupt. He explained that she is a widow with two children, so “we were very concerned about her safety.”

I'll say a couple of things.
There are no indications that Crimo is a Trump supporter. If anything, his social media leaned more toward Democrats.
Apparently, he was not registered to vote.
He was pretty much an apolitical youtube rapper on a path to life behind bars, with no chance for parole.
