Resort areas that rely on tourism are probably going to prioritize roads?

My point is I am not sure they are as happy/content as they seem when eating Custard's bbq and drinking beer in light of the cultural warfare and politics. Granted, there are "progressives" who never seem happy and seem to only live to bitch.
