He's done for the year and his draft position will be negatively impacted.
Recovery is generally a minimum of 6 months and up to a year, or longer to get back to 100%. 9 months seems common.

So am I supposed to be equally concerned for all players (even ones I’ve never watched play) as I am for the QB of my favorite team? I feel bad for the kid, but I’m moving on. I only have so much concern to dole out. A harmless bad joke on the webs doesn’t impact his situation at all.
