Always loved me some Chopin. Me visting his grave in Paris.

"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

Damn, forgot about that one. Alex does some nice work in that song.

Discount Den had changed hands by the time I made it to UI, but remember going there the couple of times a buddy and I visited his older sister when she was in school. Would have been mid-90s, and it was my first introduction to Edward 40 Hands. Remember it like it was yesterday.

Good shit

Gilmour flies a bit under the radar as both a great guitarist and especially as a vocalist.

Oddly enough I heard “I like to move it” by Reel 2 Real on the radio this morning.  The first time I heard that song was the time we were visiting Sarah and the Edward 40Hands was going on after we’d been at Discount Den. Hadn’t heard the original in years.

Was listening to KEXP and heard this band play live. As they rocked I looked them up. Playing Empty Bottle 5/31. I bought a ticket.

Just learned over the weekend that Kris was misdiagnosed with dementia well more than a decade ago.  He actually had Lyme Disease but was never checked for it.  That's fucking scary.  It was sad to see his condition at Willie's 90th.
