The 1st interview with a 302 was Sept 18, 2017 and Steele and a business partner wanted to know why they weren't getting their $15,000 from the FBI. They weren't getting it because they went to the media with their dossier. The FBI wasn't moving fast enough for the story to influence the 2016 election. Foreign influence, not from China or Russia, in the 2016 election won out.
If only someone in the Obama administration had said something in June of 2016 when Brennan told them that the Russians knew about Hillary's plan to vilify Trump with a cockamamie Russia story. Nope.
If only someone in the FBI had said something in June of 2016 when the assessment was made by an FBI agent that Steele's work was definitely political. Nope.
If only someone in the FBI had said something when other people were pointing out there were problems with Steele's work. Nope.
If only someone in the FBI had listened when a request for an expanded assessment of Steele was requested because of concerns about his work. Nope. That request was stopped dead in its tracks, so the requesting agent asked to be taken off the case.

Who referred Steele to his source of Russian disinformation ? A star impeachment witness, working at the time in the State Dept, and Russian disinformation expert did. Who better to ask for a recommendation for a source for Russian disinformation ?
We've been lied to for 4+ years about what may very well be the greatest political scandal this country has seen. The recently released declassified info is from the FBI and Senate Judiciary. The CIA, the State Dept, and the NSA don't want you to see anything.
And Mr. 10% for the Big Guy suggested a Logan Act charge against Michael Flynn for asking Kislyak not to escalate with respect to the expulsion of diplomats, to not get into a tit for tat and let cooler heads prevail. Meanwhile, the Obama administration is wondering why an adversary with nuclear power isn't retaliating to the Executive Order economic sanctions or the separate issue of diplomat expulsion. Mr 10% for The Big Guy suggests a Logan Act violation for the guy who intervened.
