And if the stupid fuck Merrick Garland had started this process immediately, this would all be over by now instead of ramping up in time for the election.

Regardless, that's just performative. Places with big issues with water, you can go ahead and have any shower head you want, but there are limits on how much water you can use daily. Sonoma County if you went over a certain limit, the price per gallon went up very quickly, and over a certain higher limit they would install a usage limiter at your main. Sounds draconian but that's how bad the water situation was here. And really, that's the Government being capitalists, refusing service to bad customers. Sort of like not making a wedding cake for teh gays
