You’re so totally invested into this Russian collusion thing you’ll never change your tune. Despite the fact it’s all manufactured bullshit.
You're so invested in drawing attention away from an actual insurrection inspired by Trump you'll change the subject to the far more squishy Russia collusion stuff. That was when they sort of even tried to hide the corruption, or was just benefactors of it.

It’s no use Mn, these folks have spent 6 years completely invested in a media lie.

You think they’ll all of a sudden change their minds?
Thanks for the advice.
I suppose that I could mention that there's not one peep in today's fishwrap about the trial, just the daily orange man bad stuff.

Any idea suggesting what penalties for a foreign country might be called if that country doesn't grant a political favor ?
 :D

Or a Facebook exec saying they coordinated with government to censure deemed misinformation about the 'the pangolin did it' story ?
Maybe we need an amendment to cover that kind of stuff going on between government and private business.
We could maybe put it at the top of the list of the amendments.  :D

Read the report.
From the Introduction in the Mueller report, page 9 paragraph 3 of the report....

" In late July 2016, soon after WikiLeaks’s first release of stolen documents, a foreign
government contacted the FBI about a May 2016 encounter with Trump Campaign foreign policy advisor George Papadopoulos. Papadopoulos had suggested to a representative of that foreign government that the Trump Campaign had received indications from the Russian government that it could assist the Campaign through the anonymous release of information damaging to Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. That information prompted the FBI on July 31, 2016, to open an investigation into whether individuals associated with the Trump Campaign were coordinating with the Russian government in its interference activities."

vs

Strzok to Lisa Page on July 28 about their open investigation , which would be 3 days before July 31 on my calendar ...

Yeah, the head of the campaign is not sitting in jail because he was a Soviet agent. Yeah, Flynn didn't lie about meeting Soviets and got pardoned. Yeah, the Soviets and convicted DePaul Doofus didn't talk collusion. Yeah, they didn't meet with Soviet agents (convicted and released and is now a Soviet leguslator) in Trump Tower to talk about "adoptions". Yeah, Trump didn't spend 4 years sucking Putin"s cock and paving the way to Putin to invade Ukraine. Yeah, Trump.and co didn't refuse to cooperate in the investigation. Yeah, Trump didn't try and extort Ukraine to investigate Sleepy Joe.Yeah, Trump didn't stay within the last 3 weeks that the Soviet army, which has proven adept at only killing civilians,  would beat the USA Army. I could go on, but yeah, completely media manufactured. Maybe you can read the Mueller Report when watching the grill?

They were obviously
talking about it beforehand. As noted yesterday,  the Australian info on DePaul Guy was the "tipping point" to proceed.

As noted today, the FBI agent mentions the "open investigation" to the FBI lawyer.

And I'm sure they were looking into what was coming in at the time and would determine if it warranted more attention. DuPaul Guy made the decision for them.

Trump ended his Presidency inciting an armed mob to assassinate his own Vice President.

I’ve done nothing of the sort. I’m only interested in the truth, not parroting narratives that support my own biases while ignoring those that don’t.

You mean to tell me the Federal Bureau of Investigation couldn't go talk to this guy, or that guy ?

Yes, Page met with Russians. That's what some CIA informants do. Page helped put some behind bars. Clinesmith altered an email to make the email state that Page was not a CIA source.

Durham will show that there are no records of phone calls between Danchenko and 'a guy he thought was Milian'.

I'm not sure about Steele, and don't care if he was trusted. I think he may have been involved in an international soccer case, but working for British Intelligence.
He was being paid thru Clinton channels to do 'opposition research' and made up trash.

How does someone obstruct an investigation that has an agenda and is constructed with falsehoods ?

This years-long, multi-million $$$ boondoggle will produce nothing in the public interest.  But at least Trump's feelings have been coddled on the public dime.

Mueller was appointed to investigate Russian interference into the 2016 election and possible coordination with the Trump campaign.
...

Objectively, prior to Covid, Trump was a mediocre President at best.

Unemployment and gdp trends were unchanged.

His hard core supporters still compare his quarterly gdp growth with Obama's annualized numbers.

His tax holiday gimmick created a fake stock market rally and made 401k accounts look good on paper.

His foreign policy mostly suçked.

Hillary's 2 baskets speech was short on tact, but it summed up Trump's appeal -- he tapped into white anger and frustration.

...

It looks like Hunter Biden underreported his income. He blames drug and alcohol addiction and has paid back taxes. Trey Gowdy said voluntary intoxication is not a defense. Trey apparently thinks addiction is voluntary.

No one forced him to start using and keep using until he became addicted. Not a big fan of the current trend of painting addicts as victims. Hunter Biden also has all the resources in the world to obtain world class treatment. Give me a break.

And if Hunter Biden committed any crimes, he should pay. Just like Trump should pay for the multitudes of crimes he has committed, including those against our Nation.
