He never denied the quotes. We've all seen this before when someone is properly quoted and then regrets saying what they said. The old "mischaracterized and misrepresented" line but not "I was misquoted "

I don't know, but I'm not sure I would believe what the Taliban says is the gospel truth. Anybody check for crossed fingers behind the back ?
